Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Manufacturing at Antron Engineering & Machine – Bellingham, Massachusetts

We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our manufacturing team. This position handles incoming and outgoing materials and supports production by preparing raw materials for the shop floor.

• Package and prepare materials for shipment
• Process packing lists, purchase orders, and job receiving in the computer system
• Receive and verify incoming materials and certifications
• Report damaged or incorrect materials
• Operate metal saw to cut raw stock to required dimensions
• Review production documents and issue materials to the shop floor
• Maintain organized material racks and shipping area
• Use MRP system to track and process work according to schedule

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years manufacturing or machining experience required
• Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse work preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using computers and shop systems
