We’re building a seasonal labor pool to support peak production periods throughout the summer. This role is perfect for college students or seasonal workers looking for short, paid work sessions in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Workers may be invited back for up to three 2–3 week work cycles during the summer, depending on availability and operational needs.

June - September

What You’ll Do

• Assist with field and grow operations during peak periods.
• Help with planting, maintenance, and harvest support.
• Work as part of an energetic, team-oriented crew.
• Learn firsthand about modern agricultural operations.

  Schedule: Temporary, 2–3 week paid work sessions
