Shift Lead at Celebration Cakes – Tampa, Florida

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, support our team, and ensure every guest has a sweet and memorable experience.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help create a positive, efficient, and guest-focused environment while leading the team to deliver the high-quality service and products our brand is known for.

• Supervise team members, assign duties, and assist with shift scheduling
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Handle employee attendance issues, including no-shows
• Support training and coaching of new and current team members
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Open and close registers, manage cash handling, and prepare daily deposits
• Communicate any operational issues to management
