We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is confident in both diagnostics and replacement solutions. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Provide clear replacement solutions when systems are beyond repair
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to service calls and occasional emergency service requests
• Maintain strong customer relationships and professional service

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Experience in presenting and closing residential system replacements
• Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and professional attitude

$75,000 - $175,000 yearly plus commissions

• Create compelling sales materials to present to potential clients
• Promote long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients to increase sales and word-of-mouth referrals
• Keep an awareness of market developments, new trends, and key competitors to remain competitive in all markets
• Conduct final negotiations and close sales while observing established pricing and profit targets
• Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers

• Current driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed
• Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, with a Bachelor's degree desirable.
• Competence with customer relationship management (CRM) and other sales tools

• Preferable HIS Sales License from CSLB. EPA Certifications. NATE Certifications. BPI Certifications. We can help in obtaining these certifications.
