The Portfolio Data Assistant will be a member of the Investments team. This role will support the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.
Responsibilities:
- Enter billing settings for new accounts
- Set up held away and consolidated billing
- Enter missing data from custodian downloads
- Create new accounts in Orion
- Initiate termination of investment services process
- Provide support for special projects, as needed

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support other team members with their objectives and duties if needed
- Ability to work with a team of people to accomplish a common goal
- Flexible work schedule when experiencing high volumes
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Must be detailed oriented and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion without immediate supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
- Experience using and strong competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred
