SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Event Coordinator to support daily office operations while planning and executing internal and client-facing events. Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Provide general administrative support to brokers and staff
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reporting
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, materials, etc.)
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with property management as needed
- Be the go-to person who keeps daily operations seamless and efficient
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and visitors
- Own office organization, supplies, inventory and vendor coordination
- Help drive a polished, high-energy office environment
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute company events, including client appreciation events, broker meetings, conferences, and team gatherings
- Manage event logistics: venue selection, catering, invitations, registrations, and on-site coordination
- Work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgets
- Coordinate marketing materials and branding for events
- Track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget
- Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up

Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or event planning experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
