About the role

The Business Analyst will assist with evaluating surgical surplus, tracking acquisitions, and ensuring accurate communication throughout the appraisal lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Appraisal and Acquisition Teams.

Role is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Champion all departmental analytics and reporting, serving as the primary point of contact for data-driven insights
  • Execute and maintain recurring reporting packages, ensuring stakeholders have consistent visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate daily with cross-functional teams to provide real-time updates on project status, data trends, and reporting timelines.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc data requests from internal stakeholders to support immediate business needs and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to existing analytics workflows to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Track data lifecycle from initial entry through final analysis, ensuring the integrity and consistency of all reported figures.
  • Calculate and communicate performance variances, identifying trends and reporting gaps to keep management informed of operational changes.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships across departments to ensure alignment on data goals and organizational objectives.
