Civil Transportation Engineer at Top Tier Reps LLC – Haddonfield, New Jersey

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Civil-Transportation Engineer to lead and manage roadway, traffic, and stormwater design projects for state and municipal clients.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in both technical execution and project management, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Salary range: $150,000 to $175,000 a year

• Lead the design of roadway, traffic, and stormwater infrastructure projects

• Develop and review CD/PD/FD plans and traffic control staging plans

• Manage stormwater management systems and ensure regulatory compliance

• Oversee project teams and serve as the point of contact with clients and stakeholders

• Prepare reports, technical documentation, and design calculations

• Coordinate with agencies and attend public meetings or design presentations as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Civil Engineering

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in New Jersey

  • PA and NY reciprocity preferred

• 12+ years of experience in civil/transportation engineering

• Demonstrated project leadership and client communication skills

• Experience working with state and municipal agencies

• Proficient in:

  • Civil 3D

  • MicroStation / InRoads

  • AutoTURN

  • Synchro

  • HCS (Highway Capacity Software)
