- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher accounts with a focus on revenue optimization and long-term value creation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account strategies aligned with partner goals and business objectives
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve yield, performance, and product adoption
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve issues and enhance marketplace performance
- Drive adoption of programmatic solutions including private marketplaces and inventory packaging strategies
- Lead business reviews and strategic sessions to communicate performance, opportunities, and industry trends
- Identify new growth opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development
- Stay informed on industry developments and represent the organization in relevant forums and events
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services within programmatic advertising or adtech environments
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic technologies
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance challenges
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
