B Technician at Heartland Tire Inc – New Ulm, Minnesota

POSITION SUMMARY: The B-Tech performs preventative functions such as inspections, diagnosis, and automotive repairs.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide Helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers with a We Can Do That attitude.
• Inspects, and repairs automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, etc.
• Changes oil and/or transmission fluid and filters
• Install and perform tire maintenance
• Road tests vehicles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment
• Treats all teammates, customers, vendors with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Pay will fluctuate based on productivity. (Commision)

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry and/or move 50-100 pounds
• Ability to perform continued standing, bending, crouching, twisting and crawling
• ASE certifications and/or technical school degree are preferred but not required.
• Great attitude and team player a must

Experience:

• Tire service: 3 years (Preferred)
