Overview
The Licensed Clinician provides high-quality therapeutic and diagnostic services at Mindful Paths. This full-time role includes managing a caseload of 25–30 patients per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. The clinician delivers evidence‑based care and conducts Psychoeducational Calls, Intake appointments, Feedback sessions, and Therapy (limited). They maintain thorough documentation and work closely with the Psychometrist to ensure accurate and appropriate testing is completed for each patient.
Role and Responsibilities
Clinical Services Administration
· Provide individual therapy, family therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and intake appointments.
· Conduct feedback sessions with patients and families.
· Maintain a consistent caseload of 25–30 patients weekly.
· Ensure clinical care aligns with professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards.
Documentation and Reporting
· Complete timely and accurate session notes, treatment plans, diagnostic reports, and clinical assessments.
· Maintain compliance with documentation standards set by Mindful Paths and insurance requirements.
· Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
Administrative Support
· Utilize 4 hours of weekly administrative time for charting, care coordination, and professional communication.
· Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary reviews.
Training and Collaboration
· Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to enhance clinical practices.
· Support onboarding efforts for new clinical team members as appropriate.
· Engage in ongoing professional development.
Quality Control
· Follow internal clinical standards to ensure high-quality and consistent care.
· Support outcome measurement and quality improvement initiatives.
· Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and strengthen competency.
Required Skills and Competencies
Communication / Attention to Detail
· Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Strong time-management and organizational capabilities.
Technical Proficiency
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and EHR systems.
· Comfort with learning new platforms.
Team Collaboration
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Adaptability to workflow and clinical needs.
Professionalism and Confidentiality
· Understanding of HIPAA and ethical care standards.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Qualifications
· Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
· Active Massachusetts license: LMHC or LICSW
· 2–3 years of psychological testing assessments.
· Experience completing intake appointments and conducting feedback sessions.
· Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
The pay range for this role is:
55 - 60 USD per hour(Plymouth, MA)
