Social Media Manager (Video & Drone Support) at CROWN CAPITAL MGMT LLC – Fort Myers, Florida

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Classification: Full-Time / Non-Exempt
Pay: $18–$22/hour

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for capturing, creating, and posting content that highlights our projects, employees, and company culture.

This is a hands-on, content-driven role with a strong focus on video and field-based storytelling, including drone footage.

Content Creation

• Capture photo and video content on job sites and in the office
• Create short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Drone Content

• Operate drones to capture aerial footage of projects and job sites
• Follow FAA guidelines and company safety standards

Posting & Platform Management

• Schedule and publish content across company social media channels
• Maintain consistent posting cadence

Engagement & Monitoring

• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
• Respond or escalate as appropriate

Content Support

• Assist with employee spotlights, recruiting campaigns, and project highlights
• Work with leadership and HR to capture relevant content

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• FAA Part 107 License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working in field environments (construction sites)
• Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
