Ewald’s Hartford Ford is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule vehicle deliveries
• Order and track new inventory
• Check vehicles for open recalls
• Process and issue license plates
• Coordinate courtesy deliveries
• Register fleet vehicles
• Manage accounts receivable related to fleet sales
• Maintain and update municipal fleet logs
• Process rebates and incentives
• Complete follow-up reporting
• Handle plow registrations
• Process deal paperwork
