As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are investing in a dedicated Commercial HVAC Sales & Business Development role focused on expanding our commercial service and maintenance customer base in the Rochester and greater Rochester area.
The OpportunityThis role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who understands that sustainable commercial growth is built through trust, technical credibility, and long-term service partnerships. The primary focus is developing new commercial accounts and converting them into recurring maintenance and service relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new commercial HVAC service and maintenance accounts
- Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, and decision-makers
- Convert new customers into long-term maintenance agreements
- Grow recurring service revenue within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with service leadership to align customer expectations and execution
- Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM tools
- Represent the company professionally in the commercial marketplace
- Number of new commercial accounts secured
- Growth in commercial HVAC maintenance agreement revenue
- Expansion of service revenue from new accounts
- Development of a healthy, repeatable commercial pipeline
- Long-term account retention
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC, facilities, or B2B service sales experience
- Proven success selling maintenance agreements or recurring service solutions
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service value
- Consultative, relationship-first sales approach
- Organized, disciplined, and accountable
- Comfortable working closely with service and operations teams
- Base salary plus commission
