Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Check IDs and authorization passes while creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors
• Maintain accurate logs and records that keep our operation running smoothly
• Control vehicle gate access and manage the release and delivery of vehicles
• Add incoming vehicles to our inventory system using modern technology
• Respond to and investigate situations with confidence and professionalism
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure facility security and safety

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Prior security and/or auto auction experience required
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
• Integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members
