Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble a variety of electro ? mechanical products, including control panels, industrial enclosures, and small wired box assemblies.
• Perform all wiring tasks-including crimping, routing, labeling, and harnessing-with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assemble and support basic PC board production, ensuring high ? quality workmanship.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during daily assembly operations.
• Carry out precise hand ? soldering work for PCB ? based assemblies and small electronic components.
• Read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), travelers, and work instructions to complete builds correctly and on schedule.
• Use measurement tools to verify component fit, alignment, and overall assembly accuracy.
• Follow proper ESD handling procedures to protect sensitive components during assembly and testing.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience Perform wiring, crimping, harnessing, and layout work for multi ? component electro ? mechanical assemblies.
• Assemble PC boards and use hand tools with skill and accuracy.
• Carry out precise hand ? soldering on small PCB ? based assemblies.
• Read and follow schematics, drawings, BOMs, travelers, and work instructions.
• Use measurement tools effectively to verify assembly quality.
• Adhere to proper ESD handling procedures.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical device assembly is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic machine equipment is beneficial.
• IPC ? 610/620/J ? STD certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 and Lean Manufacturing documentation practices is desirable.
