Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the remediation and restoration of properties impacted by water, fire, or mold.

- Operate drying equipment, containment systems, and perform controlled demolition as directed.

- Document all work activities accurately for project records and reporting.

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with Lead Technicians and Field Supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or related restoration services preferred.

- Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physical tasks in various environments.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
