Job Summary: Maintains accountability of center property and oversight of the center transportation. Supervises Receiving Clerk. Assures that the property needs of the Center are met.

Duties:

  • Oversees and maintains Electronic Property Management Systems.
  • Maintains accountability of center property
  • Ensures all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Conducts on-site property audits and reviews, including annual certifications.
  • Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
  • Supervise receiving clerk.
  • Maintains complete and accurate files and records according to center policy and procedure.
  • Provide response to DOL for questionable charges.
  • Follow the CDSS/CSS plans and procedures daily.
  • Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
  • Complies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures.
  • Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.
  • Models, Mentors and Monitors appropriate Career Success Standards.
  • Participates in PRH and other mandated staff training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the individual’s scope and capabilities.

Requirements:

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Above average public speaking skills and experience in same; above average verbal and written skills; above average problem solving and conflict resolution skills; knowledgeable computer skills of software and hardware.

Experience: Three years of property maintenance experience preferred.

Education: Associate degree in field preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: State Drivers’ License
