Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law Attorney – $140k to $190k – Remote work! - NY
Founded in the early 2000’s, we are currently over 100 lawyers located throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We have been able to achieve this successful growth by providing highly-experienced representation to our clients in all areas of civil litigation. Our Firm is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating achieved only by a select group of law firms after a rigorous screening process. Our attorneys have handled thousands of cases across numerous practice areas throughout the Northeast. Moreover, we are known as the “go to” trial firm since our attorneys have tried over 500 cases since the formation of the firm.

Job duties:
Work remote! Or hybrid if you prefer, we have offices throughout NY and NJ.
The attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders. The attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare and file motions.

- Recent experience with construction litigation, and/or NY Labor Law (240/241)
