About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time RV Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with recreational vehicles. No prior RV repair experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate!

You will perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes at our shop and on customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine RV maintenance and inspections

Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and structural issues

Assist with interior and exterior repairs (seals, slides, awnings, roofs, etc.)

Complete service orders accurately and communicate clearly with customers and the team

Keep work area clean and maintain tools and equipment

Travel to customer sites for mobile repairs when needed

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have your own reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented

No RV experience required — training will be provided
