About This Position

Want less residents to care for on your own so you can spend more time making connections and providing personal care? We're seeking caregivers and CNAs to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner in our smaller assisted living homes. This is a cross-trained position for responsibilities such as: assisting with nursing duties, helping residents with taking prescribed medication, assisting with hygiene and personal care, providing pleasant and supportive companionship, being dependable and punctual, completing simple housekeeping tasks, and documenting and reporting any unusual incidents.

Must be 18 to work as a caregiver (or 16 with a CNA license). Those without caregiving experience are welcomed to apply. We provide training and assistance to attain all required certifications. We will pay for CNA classes for interested individuals. CNAs, HCAs and those with experience are compensated at a higher hourly rate. Benefits, such as paid leave and 401K contributions, begin after a 90-day probationary period.

We maintain a variety of shifts, including days, swings, and NOC shifts. Our combined scheduling can offer opportunities for 8, 9 or 12-hour shifts. We are currently hiring for full-time NOC shift including shift differential pay.
