Procurement Analyst
Location: Farmingdale, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time/On Site
Schedule: Mon - Thurs. 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 Hourly

Position Description:
As a Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and quoting process, ensuring accurate pricing, and supporting our overall revenue growth strategy. You will work closely with Sales and Procurement to drive cost efficiency and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process incoming purchase orders (new and repeat orders)
• Source raw materials and maintain up-to-date pricing
• Generate and submit customer quotations based on RFQs
• Create and maintain product codes within the MRP/ERP system
• Enter formulas and order data accurately into internal systems
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers considering quality, cost, and MOQ
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Monitor commodity trends and pricing availability
• Communicate pricing changes to internal teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to source new and existing products
• Support data analysis to improve gross margins
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis
• Experience working with product costing and vendor negotiations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
