Physical Therapist at Jefferson Community Health Center – Fairbury, Nebraska

Jefferson Community Health & Life is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist.

Hours: M - F, 36 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Occasional Weekends

While the primary focus of this role will be Pediatrics, the physical therapist will also provide coverage across our other services: Home Health, Inpatient, Long-Term Care, Outpatient.

POSITION SUMMARY

Evaluates and treats patients according to current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Masters or Doctoral Degree of Physical Therapy

* Must be familiar with the principals and practices of Physical Therapy according to the APTA Code of Ethics as outlined by the State of Nebraska Health and Human Services.

* Current Nebraska Physical Therapy licensure

* BLS

* ACLS

* Current and valid drivers license

* Acceptable MVR per JCH&L auto insurance carrier
