Nurse Residency - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Inpatient at Alice Peck Day Health System – Lebanon, New Hampshire

Our Nurse Residency Program is designed for any recent RN graduates and nurses with less than one year of acute care experience. By joining our team you will have the ability to grow and expand upon the skills that you have learned during nursing school.

Our nurse residents have an opportunity to strengthen their assessment, critical thinking, communication and technical skills in a safe learning environment. The nurse residents will be paired with a preceptor to enhance bedside skills and meet with educators for additional clinical skill development. Nurse residents work directly with patients under the guidance of their preceptor.

This is a full time, paid, comprehensive program, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of today’s new nurses. Our year-long program focuses on the skills and knowledge base required for nursing in an acute care environment.
