Crew Member - Landscape Division at Taylor Anthony 365 – Ponte Vedra, Florida

The Landscape Crew Members will enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills in the landscape industry. You must be able to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions. When working on one of our landscape crews, you will be using a variety of tools such as rakes, shovels, and other landscape tools required to install landscape materials. You will also be required to follow specific safety guidelines when using landscape tools. You will report to a Landscape Crew Leader who will provide specific training for your job to ensure you achieve specific quality, productivity, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience is helpful but not required.
You must have a general understanding of the Lawn Maintenance business.
You must be at least 18 years old.
A Photo Identification Card or Driver's License.
Have a positive attitude, willing to learn, and dependable (show up for work on time and when scheduled).
Flexible to work overtime and Saturdays if needed.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Frequently stand, walk, or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move
objects; walk for long distances and on sloped ground and uneven surfaces; move, lift, and carry objects weighing
up to 50 pounds; normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; corrected hearing and vision to normal
range.
