Responsibilities:

● Manage Purchases: Handle orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
● Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal service, pricing, and timely deliveries.
● Streamline Operations: Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, contributing to Pen Manufacturing’s growth and success.

● Maintain Records: Track inventory levels and monitor order statuses, ensuring all materials are received on time and to specification.
● Support the Team: Collaborate with various departments to ensure workflows aligned with production schedules and operational priorities.
● Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to procurement processes, leveraging your expertise to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

● Proven Experience: You bring a solid background in shipping, receiving, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
● Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating various software, CRM, and communication tools. Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms is a must.
● Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The pay range for this role is:
