This is a part-time position, apprximately 25 hours a week. The position starts at $17/hour.

As a prep cook, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Properly prepare and portion, quality food items following company approved recipes, specifications, and timing standards.
• Follow HACCP guidelines in preparation and re-heating of food products.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete accurate temperature cooling charts.

• Complete Chef/Manager requested tasks
• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Working in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees
