Pay Rate: $20.43 per hour
Shift: Rotating 12 hour schedule (7a-7p & 7p-7a, both required)
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Molding Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment to include all aspects of plant equipment and repairs. This is a hands on position. Interested candidates must enjoy troubleshooting and have established problem solving skills.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform tool changes in accordance with the production schedule
- Preventive maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the condition of all associate equipment
- Performing repairs on all equipment
- Fork truck, scissor lift, articulating boom lift operation required – will train & certify on-site
- Complete documentation under ISO/IATF guidelines
- Perform general plant maintenance
- Train new hires and/or Maintenance Backups
- Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic devices
- Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of machine shop practices and strong math skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
- Computer Skills; MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel. Maintenance Management Software
- Ability to work shifts
- Technical school education preferred
- Previous maintenance background preferred
