Sales Associate/Job Coach at EARC Inc – Edmond, Oklahoma

*$1,000 hire on bonus offered (paid out over 6 months of employment)

*We offer competitive wages-$14-$16 an hr.

*Shifts are-Tuesday-Saturday 9:45am-5:15pm or Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

*Great benefits offered: Medical and dental with EARC paying 85% of the premium, $15,000 of life insurance paid by EARC, and vision (paid by employer), we also offer Insure OK program to those that qualify, after 60 days of FULL TIME employment

*Retirement offered after 1 year with employer match

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid OK drivers license
• Must have proof of auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass OSBI and criminal background check
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Must be able to push, pull, bend
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and write
• Supports a dignified and caring atmosphere with Service Recipients
• Promotes a respectful and supportive environment and exhibits professional conduct at all times
• Maintains a safe and secure working environment and practices safe working habits.
• Complies with the attendance policy.
• Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire
• applicants must be mature and self motivated
• Responsible for job coaching (training provided)
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Restock and stage new merchandise
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our client, customers, and team members.

Training:

• DDMAT-if needed
• CPR/FA/AED
• DDS online training
• Any consumer individual specific training
