We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Risk Advisor to join our growing team. You will educate clients on coverage options, help them make informed decisions, and build lasting relationships that strengthen client trust and satisfaction.

• Deliver personalized insurance advice and guidance tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, costs, and potential risks to help clients make informed decisions
• Conduct meetings with current and prospective clients in person, by phone, or virtually to assess and review insurance needs.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other changes accurately within the agency management system.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist clients in reporting claims and provide support as needed in coordination with the Claims Advocate.
• Participate in required training, team meetings, and compliance initiatives to stay informed on industry best practices and company standards.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one to three years of customer service or insurance-related experience; prior experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred.
• Licensing: Property and Casualty license preferred but not required. (Company paid to attain and maintain CE)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
