Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney at TRENAM LAW – St Petersburg, Florida

Trenam Law is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney with 6+ years of relevant legal experience for a position in the firm’s real estate and lending practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in all phases of complex commercial real estate lending transactions and providing support to shareholders managing such transactions.

• Drafting loan documents
• Managing and coordinating loan closing checklists and review of due diligence
• Interfacing with clients
• Coordinating with paralegals and/or junior attorneys

The successful candidate will demonstrate an intellectual aptitude for complex transactions, an ability to work and think independently, well-developed writing and analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills. There is an expectation for growth in professional responsibility and client development in this position. The candidate should be self-motivated, comfortable working in a team environment, and willing to take ownership of projects.
