Job Responsibilities

• Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
• Daily Invoicing
• Daily Cash Receipts
• Accounts Payable/Receivables
• Administer Company Credit Card Program
• Assist with Monthly Balance Sheet Schedule Reconciliations
• Prepare Bi-Weekly Payroll Journal Entries, Monthly Recurring Journal Entries
• Assist with Fixed Asset Management
• Electronic Filing of Sales Tax Returns
• Maintain Electronic Document Storage System
• Other Accounting and Business Flow Duties as Required

Experience and Education Requirements

• Accounting Degree Preferred
• 2+ years Accounting Experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Products
• Proficient in Data Entry
• ERP Experience with Global Shop Preferred
