Field Sales Representative (Indiana) at Hydrotech Isaacs – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Hydrotech Isaacs Fluid Power Equipment Company is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and drive profitable growth within an assigned territory. • Proactively engage new and existing customers to understand their needs
• Identify opportunities where our fluid power products and services add value
• Deliver persuasive product presentations and solution-based recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to support customer needs
• Develop accurate quotes and proposals while balancing customer value and profitability
• Upsell, cross-sell, and recommend alternatives to maximize customer success
• Build trust-based relationships and maintain regular communication
• Track opportunities, maintain CRM records, and provide timely reporting
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive positioning

• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience
• Technical or mechanical aptitude (fluid power experience a plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to sell consultatively and adapt solutions to customer needs
• Solid organizational skills and comfort with CRM/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently from office, home, or in the field
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

• Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for customer needs
• Work from office, home, or customer locations
• Occasional travel for customer visits or supplier training
• Company-provided computer, phone, and required safety gear
