Mental Health Therapist - Sinai Hospital - OP Psych at LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, Maryland

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient psychiatric and/or substance use disorder assessment and treatment to a variety of patients in multiple programmatic settings.

• Provides both initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluation to patients
• Provides psychiatric and/or substance use disorder treatment to patients.
• Coordinates care of patient with necessary resources.
• Documents all work as dictated by regulating agencies and insurance carriers
• Educates others regarding psychiatric and/or substance abuse issues and treatment. Stays abreast of current trends in field

REQUIREMENTS:

• Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in the field of Social Work, Counseling and/or Psychology
• Education - Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• 1-3 years of previous relevant experience
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required
• LMSW/LGPC required; LCSW-C or LCPC license preferred
