The Role

We're looking for a full-time Equipment Operator to join our team right away. We hire for culture first — skills can be developed, but work ethic and character are what set great team members apart. If you're dependable, hard-working, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Operate sprayers, grain carts, combines, and hauling equipment
• Mix and apply agricultural chemicals safely and in compliance with regulations
• Set up, monitor, and maintain irrigation systems
• Assist with planting, harvesting, and general field operations
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
• Load, transport, and handle grain and materials
• Participate in daily team planning meetings and communicate clearly with teammates
• Follow all safety and environmental standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of row crop farming or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable with — or eager to learn — precision ag technology
• Strong attention to detail, especially around chemical application
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to obtain a Class A non-commercial CDL (we'll support you through the process)
• Ability to obtain spraying and irrigation licenses (training provided)
