Pool Server/Bartender at Dreamscape Hospitality – Scottsdale, Arizona

Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Pool Server/Bar Attendant to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, outdoor pool environment. This role is responsible for creating a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the pool and lounge areas
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items in a timely manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards (if applicable)
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, specials, and dietary considerations
• Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Keep poolside areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred (hospitality or resort experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Service Certification (as required by state/local laws)
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25–30 lbs
• Work in outdoor conditions including heat and sun exposure
