Surgical Service Clinical Practice Coord at St. Josephs Candler – Savannah, Georgia

Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, integrating, providing and evaluating the education, training and development of hospital employees within Surgical Services and as needed for affiliate personnel and physicians. Supports the mission, vision, goals and objectives of the organization through the integration of education with quality health care. Maintains open communications and is available to component organizations and practitioner sites for consultation.Overall responsibility for the operation of the Perioperative Clinical Practice Team. Position includes supervision of program staff, program planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, development, implementation, and evaluation.
