FOH Service Support Staff at Mezzanine – Egg Harbor, Wisconsin

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and hardworking Front of House (FOH) Service Support Staff to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests while ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait time estimates.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide general restaurant information.
• Assist with takeout orders and coordinate with FOH staff.
• Keep the host stand and entryway clean and organized.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth service.
• Ensure floors, chairs, and surrounding areas remain clean throughout service.
• Help carry dishes back to the dishwashing area and maintain cleanliness of service stations.
• Work with the team to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Assist in open & closing procedures; done to a high standard.
• Perform side work and weekly cleaning

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs during shifts.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $12/hour

This is a tipped position; during peak business the wage plus tips will average out to $16+ an hour

This position could start as early as mid-April, and end as late as the end of October.

We also have employment opportunities at our central Wisconsin locations for those who wish to relocate after the end of the season.
