What You’ll Do
Provider & Referral Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, clinics, hospitals, schools, employers and other behavioral health organizations
- Educate healthcare partners on Frontier Psychiatry’s services, referral process, and patient access model
- Serve as the primary local contact for providers seeking psychiatric partners for their patients
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with healthcare partners to strengthen referral pathways
- Attend conferences, health fairs, networking groups and other events as necessary
Territory Growth & Business Development
- Identify strategic, high-volume referral opportunities to expand Frontier’s network across Idaho
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness and utilization of Frontier’s services
- Track referral activity and identify opportunities for growth within the territory
- Support expansion into new communities, healthcare systems, and provider networks
- Attend networking groups and relevant events as necessary
Community Engagement
- Represent Frontier Psychiatry at healthcare events, provider meetings, and other community gatherings
- Build relationships with local healthcare leaders, clinics, and organizations that serve rural populations
- Promote awareness of telepsychiatry as a solution for improving behavioral health access
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, operations, and clinical teams to align outreach efforts with patient capacity and service lines
- Communicate insights from the field, including referral trends, provider needs, and market opportunities
- Support improvements to referral workflows and provider onboarding processes
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and referral relationships within CRM and other reporting tools as necessary
- Provide regular territory updates including growth opportunities, barriers, and competitive insights
- Track performance metrics related to outreach and referral development
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means:
- A growing network of referring providers across your territory to include both small and large volume referral accounts
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities with a high volume of weekly outreach to include phone, email, meetings and follow up
- Increased patient referrals and visit volume from Idaho
- Strong, trusted relationships with healthcare partners
- Clear communication between referring organizations and Frontier’s internal teams
- Sustainable, localized growth that supports Frontier’s long-term expansion goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, sales, marketing, public health, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, medical sales, or healthcare outreach strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and organizations
- Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory-based outreach efforts with strong time management
- Willingness to travel locally within Idaho to meet with providers and community partners

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Remote)
