Operations Analyst at RSC2 – Aberdeen, Maryland

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Aberdeen, MD!

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite direct support to a DoD client, serving as a staff action officer for the Product Director.
• Perform and maintain support functions, including monitoring, triaging, and responding to all incoming and outgoing taskings, as appropriate.
• Coordinate responses and perform quality control and assurance prior to senior management review of programmatic documentation.
• Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external correspondence.
• Serve as a highly visible, client-facing Action Officer in support of a multi-million-dollar persistence surveillance program with more than 50 government and contractor personnel.
• Ensure critical information is disseminated to internal and external entities, as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Five (5) or more years in experience in managing a military or civilian operations setting.
• BA/BS or higher.
• An additional 5 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
• A Masters degree may be substituted for 3 years of experience as long as their degree is in a related field.
