Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
· Lead and manage a caseload of various litigation matters· Strategize and oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial· Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff· Participate in firm leadership and business development initiatives· Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm’s litigation practice
