FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Requirements:

· 2-4 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services and catering environment for a sports and entertainment venue

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment

· Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skill

· Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management and clients

· Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems is required. We will train on the POS system

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays

· Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the direction, implementation and maintenance of a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members and is in keeping with the environment and culture that Revolution Hospitality strives to create
  • Help train and maintain staff for all premium and concession areas including bartenders, servers, suite attendants, cashiers, and grill/fry cooks
  • Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices
  • Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis. • Work directly with team specific front office and Revolution marketing team to build non-baseball and party and event business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-year premium Skybox holders as well as individual game suite rentals and 1741 Club Members
  • Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
  • Assist with the planning, organizing and execution of all functions
  • Help facilitate staff call meetings prior to events to inform staff about event particulars, goals, objectives, and expectations
  • Check with Facilities and Culinary for any last-minute changes
  • Responsible for the inventory of equipment, smallwares, disposables, food, and beverages, including alcoholic beverages
  • Manage Food and Beverage service, equipment movement and event room set-up and clean up for all events
  • Greet clients in charge and respond to requests
  • Oversee general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned to adhere to health standards
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required

Authority:

  • Assist in the overall management of the Premium Services and Concessions Operations
  • Not authorized to bind the company into any contract

Relationships:

  • Reports to the Premium Services Manager, Assistant General Manager & the General Manager
  • Internal contacts: managers and team members
  • External contacts: customers
