At Beck’s, we’re looking for a Kitchen Associate to join our team in Monmouth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working with your team to prep food, keep the kitchen organized, and make sure everything is ready for customers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working with your team to get food ready and keep things running smoothly.

• Preparing fresh food using standard recipes
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe
• Making sure food is stocked and ready for busy times
• Checking food quality and removing anything that doesn’t meet standards
• Helping customers when needed
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Working with your team to keep things moving

• Someone who likes to stay busy and be on their feet

• Reliable and able to manage time well
• Interest in food prep and keeping things clean and organized

No experience needed, we’ll train you.

• On your feet most of the shift
• Some lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, reaching, and moving around the kitchen regularly
