Schedule:
Monday-Friday
7:30am-4:30pm
$18-$20/hr.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team to keep up with our growth!
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the production team to ensure they meet the customer demand. Experience in ERP systems a must.
Essential Functions
Material handling for stocking, retrieving, selecting and/or staging of inventory for Production or order fulfilment.
Receiving of incoming material.
Packaging and Shipping of completed orders
Sets up equipment for production according to work order specifications.
Completing assemblies through crimping or swaging activity.
Reviews material for thorough quality control.
Assembles and cuts various material.
Cleans equipment and adjusts as required.
Maintains safe work habits.
Maintains and cares for all shop tools, machines and equipment.
Maintains cleanliness, neatness and safety of building and work area.
Completes an Inventory (Scrap) Report each day for scrap created or used.
Complete immediate requests for counter customers.

Requirements:Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
Standing or leaning while working.
Communication: Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence, quote requests, blueprints, and other memos. Ability to convey information in a courteous manner.
Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages, calculate ratios, interchange fractions and decimal equivalents freely, and perform other simple mathematical calculations.
Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense/empirical information to customer requests, which lead to quoting and customer orders.
Lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and move freely in the performance of the position.
Ability to climb in and out of equipment many times during the course of the day.
Must be able to operate a fork lift.
Valid drivers license REQUIRED
