We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our mortgage operations team as a Mortgage Loan Shipper. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the mortgage industry. The Mortgage Loan Shipper is responsible for preparing and uploading closed loan files into our Loan Operating System.

• Prepare closed mortgage loan files electronically, scan and upload in a timely manner.
• Track and confirm receipt of shipped files and resolve any delivery issues.
• Maintain organized records of loans that have been received.
• Collaborate with closing, funding, and post-closing teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Review internal reporting to insure closed loan packages arrive in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with electronic document systems and investor portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in mortgage lending or loan documentation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mortgage loan documents and processes is highly beneficial.
