What You’ll Do:

• Work outdoors on commercial roofing projects—low slope, steep slope, or service
• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using a variety of materials
• Collaborate with foremen and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Show up, step up, and own your work

What You Bring:

• 5+ years experience in roofing OR construction, carpentry, mechanical, or military trades
• Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor environments
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
• Reliability, work ethic, and a “get it done” mindset
• Team player attitude and the desire to build a future
