Manager, Clinic (RN) Oncology at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible for clinical oversight of the daily clinic operations and personnel management. Additionally, the Nurse Manager provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care in an ambulatory clinical setting. This position has oversight within the Oncology Department, which consists of: Oncology Clinic, Infusion Center, Pulmonology, Palliative Care, and a satellite clinic at South Peninsula Hospital.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• 5 years of Nursing experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting or
• 5 years of Nursing experience in an Ambulatory Clinical setting
• State of Alaska RN Licensure
• BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
• Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate through ONCC within 6 months of employment
• ACLS from the American Heart Association within 1 year of employment
