Party Hosts make birthday parties at Andy B’s stress-free for parents and memorable for kids. Our Party Hosts anticipate guest needs, inspire fun, and manage all the party details.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch guest service and remaining attentive to guest needs.
• Interact with guests with genuine enthusiasm and energy to ensure the best guest experience.
• Facilitate all aspects of events and effectively sell and upsell product offerings.
• Process transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report operational issues.
• Conduct pre-event and post-event duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs.; occasionally up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
