Marketing College Intern

Assist the Marketing/Communications team with writing and design assignments, participate in the development and execution of campaigns, and assist with events and branding activities.

Skills/Requirements:

• Writing & editing
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Suite
• Basic photography
• No healthcare knowledge!
• Detail-oriented
• Currently enrolled in Marketing, PR, Business, Communications or related field of study
• Junior or Senior

Responsibilities:

• Aid the Marketing/Communications Team in developing a campaign to promote a service of the hospital. Including:
  • Advertising & social media graphics
  • Press releases
  • Magazine page layout(s)
  • Radio ad
  • Any other materials as needed
  • Presentation of final campaign to Senior Leadership
• Co-host a podcast episode
• Create recognition posts (creative & messaging) on social media for the month
• Attend and cover a Board Meeting
• Layout The Wellness Center newsletter and/or Wall Seat Journal
• Other internal & external marketing assignments/materials as needed

Education:

Required: High School Diploma College students enrolled in a Marketing degree program must be starting Sophomore year or above.

Experience:

Required: Be proficient with computer skills and programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Must provide immunizations and current Influenza vaccination records. All offers of employment are subject to a background check and drug screening. EOE.
