Entry-Level Warehouse Specialist at Metal Magic Inc – Phoenix, Arizona

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Technician to join our production team. This role involves hands-on work preparing metal plates, tracking inventory, and supporting the coating process to meet customer and shipping deadlines. No previous experience or education is required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Before you apply: This job is located inside a warehouse that is not temperature-controlled. While we have circulating air, the interior is hot during the summer season, frequently exceeding 100 degrees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand, wash, and coat metal plates for internal and external orders
• Maintain accurate inventory of metal materials
• Track production workflow and maintain filing systems securely
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members about delays, issues, and special instructions
• Monitor and assist with all processes in the coating department
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet shipping schedules
• Support fellow team members and fill in during absences
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
• Receive feedback constructively and apply process improvements
• Occasionally work overtime to meet production needs

• No minimal educational requirement.
• No minimal experience requirement.
• One year of experience in embossing, relief sculpture, or related industries recommended, but not required.
• Working knowledge of Syspro helpful, but not required.
• Excellent problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Able to communicate written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines.
• Maintains a well-organized workspace and workload.
• Demonstrate initiative by managing your workload, including time management, self-sufficiency, and dependability.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
